We are representing here a summarized progress report of Singhal Diabetic Clinic, Haridwar, which have data about those patients who have taken benefit or taking benefit with Singhal Diabetic Clinic, Haridwar. • Total no. of Patients of Diabetes examined – 5083
• Poorly control diabetics with multiple anti diabetic preparations -3549
• We simplified the prescription with added herbal preparations & achieved better control
• Uncontrolled Diabetics- 211 (On Insulin)
• In 142 patients Dose of Insulin reduced with added herbal Preparations with feeling of well being
• In 69 patients Insulin Withdrawn only OHGA with herbal preparations are prescribed
• Uncontrolled Diabetics with OHGA (tabs, Caps etc.) – 1297 achieved good control with combination therapy (Herbal and modern)
• Unimproved diabetic control patients 0091 due to various reasons
• Chronic renal failure patients- 028
• On dialysis 5 – frequency of dialysis reduced and post dialysis complications are also retarded with combination treatment
